Code of Ethics

All officers/employees of SILLA shall be required to sign ethics pledge annually and uphold the highest ethical and professional conduct based on our Code of Ethics.

1.Prohibition of Acceptance of Money, Gifts, Hospitality, Benefits
Officers/Employees shall not, without a justifiable cause, receive or provide any money, improper properties, gifts and entertainment from/to a Duty-related Person*.
※ Duty-related Person; an individual or an organization that falls under the following who are related to the work of officers/employees, clients, business partners, domestic and foreign public servants, etc. who may be directly or indirectly affected by the performance of their duties.

2.Prohibition of Borrowing Money, etc.
Officers/Employees shall not borrow or lend money from/to a Duty-related Person.

3. Prohibition of Using or Making Profit on Corporation-Owned Property for Personal Purpose and Disclosing Information.
① Officials/Employees shall not, without a justifiable cause, use or make profit on any goods which are provided for business or office use, or other Corporation-owned properties, such as movable or immovable properties for personal purposes.
② Officials/Employees shall not disclose important information obtained on duty to any third parties without the prior permission or approval.

4. Prohibition of Engaging in Improper Gain, etc.
Officials/Employees shall not obtain improper gain by using their position or cause any loss to the Corporation.

Reporting and Disposal of Violated Code of Ethics
